  1、主料蝦皮50g,青蘿蔔500g,調料花生油15ml,食鹽5g,蔥5g,姜3g。

  2、蘿蔔洗淨去皮切絲。

  3、蝦皮用溫水浸泡。

  4、熱鍋下油,先放入少許蔥姜炝鍋,再放入蘿蔔絲翻炒。

  5、炒至蘿蔔絲變軟,倒入泡好的蝦皮。

  6、加鹽,剩餘的蔥姜翻炒20秒,關火。

  7、盛盤,一道美味的蘿蔔絲炒蝦皮就做好了。
