  1、疙瘩頭500g、五花100g、油适量、鹽适量、彩椒1個、蒜3瓣、花椒少許、辣椒粉适量、醋适量、味精少許。

  2、做法:準備疙瘩頭一份,根據自己吃的量來切絲。

  3、用水清洗一遍,再加水浸泡4個小時。肉切絲、蒜切片、彩椒切斜絲。

  4、油燒熱爆香蒜片,下肉絲、醋炒至肉發白,加辣椒粉炒勻加彩椒。

  5、加疙瘩絲翻炒,炒到有些幹散,加味精裝盤。
