正宗臘八蒜的腌制步驟

  1、材料:紫皮蒜7頭、米醋3/4瓶。

  2、蒜去皮洗淨後控幹水份。

  3、取玻璃容器裝3/4蒜進去。

  4、加米醋至瓶口。然後蓋緊蓋放在陰涼且能見到陽光的地方,大概半個月到一個月就好了。

  5、臘八蒜通常是指用醋腌制的蒜,成品顔色翠綠,口味偏酸、微辣。因多在臘月初八進行腌制,故稱“臘八蒜”。
