  1、山楂去核,老姜搗碎,把山楂搗爛,與老姜混合,加水攪拌成山楂漿,再将山楂漿加1斤水,4兩白糖,煮開,

  2、完全冷卻後加入酒酵母攪拌均勻,裝瓶保持溫度18-25度發酵5-7天。再用虹吸或者紗布濾渣留酒分裝進普通酒瓶,密封瓶口。

  3、注意:15-20度恒溫蘊藏30天就可以喝了,蘊藏時間越不适宜過短也不适宜過長。
