  1、材料:帶皮五花肉,青紅椒,豆豉,蔥姜蒜,鹽,醬油,料酒,雞精。

  2、五花肉切薄片,加鹽,料酒,生抽,碼味,青紅椒斜刀切塊。

  3、鍋中不放油,放入青紅椒,放入些許鹽小火煸出虎皮。加少許油潤一下,出鍋。

  4、鍋内放少許油五成熱,放入五花肉煽去油脂,至卷曲。加豆豉,蔥姜蒜炒出香味後,放青椒翻勻。

  5、加入料酒,鹽,醬油,雞精調味撒蒜末蔥段出鍋。
