  1、主料:蛤蜊肉200克、豆腐300克。

  2、輔料:紫菜少許、蔥花适量、姜适量、香菜适量、豬肉适量。

  3、豬肉切絲。

  4、豆腐切小塊,蛤蜊肉撥好。

  5、鍋裡放油,燒開後放蔥花,姜,爆炒狗放豬肉,肉熟後加水大火燒開,放蛤蜊肉,豆腐,鹽,白胡椒粉。

  6、出鍋前放點紫菜,蔥花,香菜,兩滴香油。
