肉末蝦醬的熬制方法步驟

  1、取适量蝦醬,用三倍左右的水稀釋,豆腐切塊;

  2、放入加了鹽的熱水中煮至浮起,撈出瀝幹水分;

  3、五花肉切小丁,姜蒜且末,幹辣椒和小蔥切碎;

  4、起油鍋,油熱後炒香肉末,煸出肥肉中的大部分油脂;

  5、下入姜蒜末和幹辣椒炒香;

  6、下入稀釋的蝦醬炒出鮮香味;

  7、下入焯好的豆腐翻炒;

  8、烹入料酒和生抽,加一點點熱水,小火咕嘟;

  9、待汁水大部分收盡,淋一點水澱粉;

  10、翻炒均勻,撒上蔥花即可出鍋。
