  1、用料 白蘿蔔800克,面粉300克,雞蛋2個,生姜30克,大蔥50克,十三香6克,10克。 白蘿蔔洗淨去皮,擦成細絲,放入少許鹽,用手揉搓并放置一會兒,蘿蔔出水後變軟,但出的水并不要倒掉。

  2、将蘿蔔絲、蔥花、姜碎、雞蛋、面粉、十三香混合均勻,成稠面糊備用。

  3、鍋中倒油加熱至六成,用勺子挖出蘿蔔面糊下油鍋,至丸子浮起成金黃色即可,撈出瀝幹油份。
