1、把買回來的螺絲肉洗幹淨備用。
2、切好青椒和蒜苗備用。
3、首先把鍋燒熱~先不要放油~把螺絲肉放入烤幹，然後盛起備用。
4、然後鍋裡放油，把豆豉和紫蘇葉、青椒加入少許鹽一起爆香。
5、接着就放入蒜苗一起炒一下。
6、放螺絲肉，再加少許醬油一起炒大約兩到三分鐘就可以啦。
