  1、所需食材:肉糜半斤,嫩藕1節,蔥花少許,鹹鴨蛋6個,糯米2把,胡椒粉少許,少許鹽,少許料酒。

  2、肉糜半斤,嫩藕1節(切細碎狀),蔥花少許,鹹鴨蛋6個,取黃待用;

  3、糯米2把,溫水泡約1小時以上瀝幹待用;

  4、肉糜放胡椒粉少許,加少許鹽,少許料酒及藕丁,蔥花攪拌上勁;

  5、用肉糜裹好蛋黃(裹時記得手上沾點水,這樣不沾手);

  6、把一個個丸子蘸上泡好的糯米,就成了一個個珍珠丸子;

  7、上籠蒸約20分鐘。
