1、将蘋果和檸檬清洗幹淨，放一盆水備用。
2、将檸檬切片後放入水中，蘋果削去果皮、剔去果核後，同樣切片放入水中。
3、在盤中墊上烘焙紙，再擺放上蘋果片，放入微波爐中烤制30分鐘，中間需要打開兩次來翻面。烤好後盛出裝盤，好看又好吃的蘋果幹就做好了。
