  1、主料:蒜薹、羊肉。

  2、配料:蔥絲、姜絲、八角1粒、醬油、料酒、鹽。

  3、蒜薹切段洗淨、羊肉切片備用。

  4、熱鍋涼油放入1粒八角,爆香蔥、姜絲,放入羊肉片,倒入适量料酒和醬油,然後加入适量孜然粉和黑胡椒粉,翻勻變色後裝盤。

  5、鍋中留底油,放入蒜薹翻炒,加少許清水焖兩分鐘,把炒過的羊肉片放入,加适量鹽翻勻,裝盤就可以。
