  1、原料:鮮平菇250克;醬油、麻油、料酒、白糖、花椒油、蔥、姜。

  2、将鮮平菇預處理後,再用開水燙一下,瀝去水分。

  3、炒鍋放花椒油燒熱,下蔥、姜煸炒幾次後放入平菇,并即放入醬油、麻油、白糖、料酒鹵透,起鍋後切片裝盤即成。
