  1、将大米浸泡後磨成米漿,舀入直徑約三十公分的圓形簸箕内,左右搖動使米漿均勻,再入鍋用猛火蒸。

  2、約五分鐘後将蒸熟的薄薄一層米漿揭下,把炒熟的肉絲、韭菜、豆芽、鮮筍、蝦米、香菇等餡放入,卷成筒狀,與油條相似。簸箕粄細嫩可口,多食不膩。
