  1、材料:涼皮2塊、牛肉醬1大勺。輔料:花生仁(炒)10克、黃瓜1根。調料:蒜4瓣、生抽5克、陳醋5克、芝麻油5克。

  2、所有材料均在冰箱冰凍後取出,冰冰涼涼的,燒一壺開水,将菜闆和菜刀洗淨燙過消毒,黃瓜也用涼開水洗淨。

  3、涼皮切寬條,黃瓜切絲,蒜去皮剁成蒜茸,花生仁去皮碾碎備用。

  4、取一碗,調入适量的生抽、陳醋、芝麻油和水,攪拌均勻成醬汁

  5、一大碗,放入涼皮,黃瓜絲,表面撒上蒜茸和花生碎,倒入醬汁,再勺上一大勺牛肉醬拌,拌勻即可。
