  1、将盛放酸奶的玻璃杯用開水浸泡消毒。

  2、常溫的牛奶倒入容器中,加入菌粉,攪拌均勻。

  3、再将白糖加入,攪拌均勻。

  4、将牛奶倒入杯中(8分滿),蓋上蓋子(如沒蓋子的,可以用保鮮膜蓋住)

  5、放入烤箱進行發酵,烤箱調至發酵功能,發酵8~10小時,等酸奶凝固後即可食用。

  6、或放冰箱冷藏保存即可。
