  1、豆腐切厚片。

  2、蔥切蔥花。

  3、熱油鍋,放入豆腐塊煎至金黃。

  4、一面煎至定形後翻面煎至金黃。

  5、放入蔥花炒香。

  6、放入适量花椒粉炒香。

  7、放入适量的蚝油炒勻。

  8、倒入适量清水,蓋蓋焖一會。

  9、最後放入味精即可。
