  1、黃豆挑去雜質,洗淨後,浸泡半個小時左右撈出瀝幹水分備用。

  2、熱鍋放油,油二三成熱的時候就把瀝幹水的黃豆放入,小火炸至酥黃 (舍得用油的話,多放些,把黃豆泡在油裡炸會更方便。豆子炸好時有澎澎的炸裂的聲音,有的豆子甚至會跳出來,要注意安全哈)

  3、炸好的黃豆撈出控油,撒上鹽。也可以根據自個的口味撒上辣椒粉,花椒粉或者五香粉。
