  1、材料:雞半隻、枸杞1大匙、北芪、當參、淮山、姜各4片。調味料:澱粉、糖、鹽各1/2小匙,紹興酒2大匙,姜汁、醬油各1大匙。

  2、雞剁塊,加入調味料拌勻,置15分鐘。

  3、藥材洗淨,煲開水下藥材、姜,煮30分鐘;淋入酒煮至翻滾。

  4、下雞塊,慢火焖20分鐘至熟透,趁熱吃。
