  1、材料:苋菜400克、蒜頭(去衣)30克、杞子20克、鲫魚1條(8兩至1斤)、姜片15克、皮蛋1隻,鹽、糖、胡椒粉、米酒、花生油各适量。  

  2、做法:枸杞子洗淨,用清水泡開備用;皮蛋切開備用;将鲫魚宰好,去内髒,洗淨并以幹布吸去水分。開鍋下油,把姜片和蒜頭爆至上色,拿出;将魚身兩邊煎至金黃色,濺入适量米酒,加入800毫升水,煮開後加入杞子,放回姜片和蒜頭,慢火煮45分鐘,取出魚,放入苋菜和皮蛋,煮10分鐘,以鹽、糖、胡椒粉調味便成。
