  1、豆腐(南)300克、鹹鴨蛋2個、食鹽2克、味精1克、蒜30克、芝麻油5克。

  2、将豆腐切成1厘米見方的丁,用開水燙一下,瀝幹放入盤中

  3、将蒜洗淨,搗成蒜泥;鹹鴨蛋去殼,蛋青切成小丁,蛋黃、精鹽、味精加水調成泥狀。

  4、将蛋清和蒜泥放入豆腐中拌一下,再将蛋黃泥蓋在豆腐中央,淋上芝麻油即可。
