  1、材料:烏梅100克,山楂20克,甘草10克,砂糖200克。

  2、将烏梅、山楂、甘草用清水洗淨,并将烏梅輕輕地拍松,待用。

  3、将沙鍋置火上,加入适量清水,用旺火燒沸,放入烏梅、山楂、甘草,轉用中火煲約40分鐘,加入砂糖拌勻,離火,用紗布過濾,晾涼後放入冰箱。冷凍後的酸梅湯更加清甜可口。忌生冷者可以改為熱飲。
