  1、準備好紅甜椒半個、洋蔥一小塊、芹菜一根、黃油一小塊、焗豆1罐、煮紅薯2個、牛奶2勺。

  2、将所有食材都切成小塊。

  3、鍋裡加入油,食材翻炒至變色,放入焗豆和調味料。

  4、把紅薯和黃油鹽牛奶一起攪拌成糊狀,然後放入盤中中間留空,再放入炒菜,減肥晚餐就完成了。
