  1、帶骨豬大排4片,蒜末1大匙,沙拉油11/2大匙,米酒1大匙,醬油11/2大匙,蛋1/2個,白胡椒粉1/4小匙,香油1/4小匙,地瓜粉2大匙。

  2、排骨洗淨,用腌料腌2個半小時。

  3、取鍋倒入沙拉油加熱,放入作法1的排骨,以小火煎至兩面金黃即可。
