  1、将毛肚翻過來,用剪刀去除上面的肥油。然後取适量的堿面,反複正反面揉搓,大約揉搓三分鐘,用水沖淨。

  2、用粗鹽加面粉再次塗抹牛肚,反複揉搓,面粉可以起到帶去毛肚上面贓物的作用,粗鹽的顆粒抑有此作用。約兩三分鐘後,沖水洗淨。

  3、最後用白醋或米醋再将牛肚揉搓約三分鐘,基本一塊幹淨無異味的毛肚就呈現在面前了。
