  1、沙蔥一斤,擇淨後用水反複沖洗幹淨,豆皮半斤切絲備用。

  2、水燒開後放少許鹹鹽,放入沙蔥稍汆,出鍋用冷開水鎮涼。

  3、雙手攥幹水份,從中間切一刀,使沙蔥稍短一點。

  4、豆皮過一下熱水。

  5、生蒜加鹽搗成蒜泥,加白糖、生抽、味精、醋充分混合,倒入拌菜盆中。炒鍋上火,加油燒熱,放花椒爆出香味後撈出花椒,把熱花椒油倒入。

  6、豆皮沙蔥攪拌均勻,即可裝盤,好吃的涼拌沙蔥豆皮就做好啦。
