  1、主料:面筋、小焦魚

  2、配料:大茴香、小茴香、花椒、桂皮、良姜、肉蔻等20餘種名貴佐料。

  3、制作工藝:用20餘種名貴佐料配以自洗的面筋做成胡辣湯,另選用淮陽龍湖裡的泥巴漚小魚,經過認真清洗後,拌上味料、白面,然後過油,炸至小魚紅中透亮,撈出備用。食用時,把小香蔥一起撒在做好的胡辣湯上,就成了色香味俱佳的小焦魚湯了。
