  1、薄殼500克、金不換一棵、食鹽适量、蒜頭适量、小辣椒2個。

  2、買薄殼回來後清洗幹淨,瀝幹水分。

  3、蒜頭拍扁切碎、小辣椒切碎,金不換洗淨摘好;炒鼎放入适量豬油,放入蒜頭爆香,再加入辣椒,金不換。

  4、爆出香味後放入薄殼略翻幾下,加适量食鹽。

  5、待薄殼完全張開便大功告成。
