  1、主料:鯉魚750克。

  2、輔料:陳皮6克,赤小豆60克。

  3、将鯉魚去鱗及腸雜,洗淨。

  4、鯉魚入鍋,加赤小豆、陳皮及清水适量,先以旺火煮開,再以文火慢焖30分鐘,待熟爛時,加入鹽、味精調味。

  5、功效:清熱解毒,利尿消腫。
