  百棗蓮子銀杏粥

  配料:百合30克、大棗20枚、蓮子20克、銀杏15粒、粳米100克、冰糖适量

  做法:蓮子先煮片刻,再放入百合、大棗、銀杏、粳米煮沸後,改用小火至粥稠時加入冰糖稍炖即成。

  功效:養陰潤肺,健脾和胃。
