  1、食材:面粉300克,酵母3克,白糖10克,紫薯。

  2、做法:

  (1)碗中放入面粉再加入酵母,白糖,溫水160克攪拌均勻揉成面團;

  (2)再蓋上保鮮膜醒發至兩倍大;

  (3)拿出揉搓排氣;

  (4)紫薯切丁,面團擀成餅狀;

  (5)再撒入紫薯丁卷起來;

  (6)再切成小段揉成饅頭的形狀;

  (7)放上蒸鍋再次醒發至兩倍大;

  (8)蒸汽上鍋蒸15分鐘即可。
