  1、鲳魚一條,蔥适量,姜适量,料酒适量,老抽适量,耗油适量,食鹽适量,白糖适量。

  2、起鍋燒油,加蔥段、姜絲,炒香。

  3、放入鲳魚,倒入料酒、生抽、老抽、耗油、溫水,大火煮沸。

  4、加入食鹽、白糖,中火煮十五分鐘,大火收汁。

  5、裝盤後撒入蔥花即可食用。
