  1、主料:雞肉300克,調料:鹽2克,醬油5克,味精3克,大蔥5克,姜5克,白皮大蒜5克,辣椒油3克,香油5克。

  2、蔥去根洗淨切成絲,姜洗淨去皮切成絲,大蒜去皮搗成泥,備用;雞肉(雞脯肉)洗幹淨,放入水鍋中煮熟撈出,晾涼後切成細絲,裝入盆内放上蔥、姜絲。

  3、炒鍋内加入香油燒熱,将熱油澆在蔥、姜絲上。

  4、取小碗放入精鹽、醬油、味精、蒜泥、紅油調成汁,淋上雞絲上即可。
