  1、鍋加3分之一鍋水燒開,把豬肉切小塊,豬肉丸切成片,香菜切末備用。

  2、粿清洗一下備用。

  3、水開後先加入豬肉,豬肉丸片再次煮開。

  4、加入少許油,放入粿大火煮兩分鐘。

  5、最後放适量鹽巴調味,放入雞精香菜後關火。

  6、簡單的粿溜就做好啦!
