  1、食材準備:

  白蘿蔔3個,生姜5片,朝天椒15個,白醋6勺,白糖3勺,清水500毫升

  2、做法步驟:

  (1)腌罐洗幹淨瀝幹水份,把食材備好;

  (2)白蘿蔔去皮切條,放鹽用手抓均勻;

  (3)鋪上鹽的白蘿蔔腌25分鐘,辣椒切痕好入味;

  (4)切好姜,鍋裡放清水加白糖煮;

  (5)煮開後倒白醋,用筷子攪一攪待涼;

  (6)25分鐘後把蘿蔔用手擠幹水份,放在盤子中;

  (7)裝進密封腌罐,放入姜和辣椒,把涼了的糖醋水倒入罐中淹蓋所有食物;

  (8)蓋口旁邊糟加點水好吸住蓋子密封,蓋上密封就好。(時間當然時間越長越好,但隻要入味了就可以吃了)。
