  1、冬筍連皮洗淨,罩上微波薄膜,置于盤中,将厚的一端朝外,高火7分鐘,取出放入冷水内冷卻。

  2、冬筍切去老根剝皮,再切塊,置于盤中。

  3、高火爆香全部調料2分鐘,将汁淋于盤中筍塊上,即可熱食或涼食。

  4、醬燒冬筍是冬筍、熟豬油制成的一道美食。
