  1、取一隻蝦,在蝦肚子上劃一刀穿透背部。把蝦尾巴穿過刀口。

  2、做成一個個的造型。粉絲泡軟鋪在盤裡。蝦碼放好。

  3、蒜剁碎,蔥姜切末,幹紅辣椒切圈。

  4、鍋裡放油,小火爆炒蔥姜和蒜末,出香味調入1湯匙蒸魚豉油,1/2茶匙鹽,1/2茶匙雞精。煮一下到粘稠。

  5、蒜蓉澆在蝦上。開水上鍋蒸6-8分鐘即可,撒蔥花或者香菜裝飾。
