用料:魚肉50克,韭菜100克,生油、紹酒、鹽、昧精各少許。

魚肉炒韭菜的做法

(1)魚剖淨,瀝幹水分,放入盛器加紹酒、鹽、味粉拌和。韭菜摘去老葉後洗淨,切段。

(2)炒鍋置火上燒熱,放入生油燒熱時倒入魚,劃熟後倒入漏勺中濾油。取原鍋留餘油,倒入韭菜段兜炒至軟,烹入紹酒,放入魚片、鹽、昧粉,拌勻即可食用。
