  1、先找到咬肌的位置(咬緊後槽牙,摸到硬硬的就是了)

  2、從下往上,輪刮咬肌,不要來回刮,往着同一個方向刮。兩邊咬肌,一邊刮10次。依次交換做6組。

  3、把口腔打開,大拇指摁着咬肌,順時針旋轉30秒(一定要摁緊咬肌),做2組。

  4、把頸部揚起。下颚盡量往外突出,順着這個動作左右移動(越快越好,感覺到疲累感休息放松,連做3組)。
