  1、韭菜100g、雞蛋1個3人份、食鹽1/2小勺、雞精适量、韭菜切成小碎粒。

  2、雞蛋打散備用,将韭菜和雞蛋混合均勻。

  3、燒開一飯碗水,然後将韭菜蛋液倒入,不要攪動。

  4、待蛋液自己慢慢凝固之後,稍微攪動一下,使蛋液全部凝固,調入鹽和雞精即可盛出食用。
