  1、輕按口底肌肉,順着下颚邊沿慢慢向外往上;

  2、輕按骨縫,覺得到酸痛的位置表明輕按恰當;

  3、輕按耳背的軟骨;

  4、順着頸部側邊的肌肉用兩偏向下拖動;

  5、推拿喉節一部分。

  6、除頸部按摩外,還能夠根據振唇訓練來開展釋放壓力。兩手各外伸一根手指輕按在嘴巴兩邊,撅起嘴巴,向外吹氣檢查,使嘴巴振動。
