  1、鮮肉切絲,加鹽、胡椒粉、醬油、醋、澱粉拌勻腌漬10分鐘,小蔥切成蔥花待用。

  2、将鍋洗淨後,鍋内放油,燒熱,下肉絲迅速翻炒均勻,至肉絲炒熟後,馬上盛起;鍋中留底油,下榨菜絲,翻炒2分鐘後,加入少許醬油和醋,将炒好的肉絲倒入,翻炒均勻;

  3、榨菜肉絲炒好後,在鍋内加入清水(或骨頭湯、雞湯)燒開,加入調味料,下入面條,用大火進行水煮。煮好的面盛入碗中,撒上蔥花即可食用。
