  1、用料:

  乳餅(一種用羊乳做的奶酪)500g、鹽适量、花椒粉适量。

  2、做法:

  (1)純純的羊乳餅,不能用刀切,太軟了,切了會碎。用線勒成厚片,不要太薄,太薄炸了口感太幹。

  (2)油六分熱,乳餅片下鍋,用小火炸。

  (3)炸黃一面翻面繼續炸。

  (4)炸好裝盤,灑上椒鹽粉即可。
