  1、苦瓜适量、果丹皮适量、蜂蜜适量。

  2、苦瓜均勻切段,果丹皮切段。

  3、鍋内加水燒開,放入苦瓜段,焯水2分鐘。

  4、焯好水的苦瓜撈出,放入提前準備好的冰水裡浸泡,涼透撈出控水。

  5、把苦瓜擺入盤子裡,再将果丹皮塞進苦瓜裡。

  6、蜂蜜均勻澆在上面即可。
