  1、主料:面粉150克、蝦皮少許、雞蛋2隻、十三香、蔥花少許、花生油少許。

  2、雞蛋打入碗中,加入少許蝦皮,小蔥花,胡椒粉。

  3、篩入面粉,攪拌均勻成糊狀

  4、不粘鍋燒熱,放入少許花生油。

  5、小火慢烙,烙至兩面金黃

  6、蝦皮雞蛋餅放入盤中即可。
