  芹菜切絲,雞胸肉切絲備用;

  紅椒切絲備用;

  雞胸肉加入鹽,五香粉,味精,生抽,老抽,料酒,食用油攪拌均勻腌制5分鐘;

  熱鍋下入雞胸肉炒制變色斷生盛出備用;

  另起鍋燒油,下入大蒜蔥絲爆香;

  下入芹菜翻炒一分鐘;

  下入紅椒絲翻炒均勻,加入鹽,白糖調味;

  再倒入雞胸肉翻炒均勻即可出鍋。
