  1、材料:鮮蘑菇500克,番茄3個,細鹽、味精、料酒、白糖、香油。

  2、将鮮蘑菇去雜洗淨,下沸水鍋伸透後即撈出晾涼;番茄洗淨切塊。

  3、炒鍋燒熱,放入香油,把番茄塊炒熟。将鮮蘑菇擠淨水,下入鍋内,加入細鹽、味精、料酒、白糖,用旺火燒開,再用小火焖一會兒即成。
