  1、深蹲是鍛煉全身肌肉的必修課程,股三、股四、背闊、腰腹肌肉群等都要用力,都會鍛煉到的。主要還是股三屬股四等腿部肌肉。

  2、主要肌塊:肱四頭肌(股直肌、股外側肌、股内側肌、股中間肌)。

  3、次要肌塊:腘繩肌、臀大肌、臀小肌大收肌、長收肌、短收肌、深層髋外旋肌。
