  1、木薯粉适量(這個量看個人,但也不建議加過多);

  2、往粉裡加點涼開水攪拌均勻;

  3、再打入兩個雞蛋;

  4、繼續把雞蛋糊攪拌均勻;

  5、适量紫菜洗淨擠幹水分,用手撕碎,加入雞蛋糊裡;

  6、加适量鹽和雞粉調味并攪拌均勻;

  7、平底鍋燒熱,倒入适量的油,并把鍋晃動均勻;

  8、用勺子勺入适量面糊,靜置半分鐘,然後開始從邊緣往裡把面餅托起翻面,繼續煎15秒即可出鍋食用;
