潮汕排骨粥怎麼煮好吃

  1、原料:大米100克,小排骨150克,香菜50克,水600克左右,熟豬油25克,鹽3克,味精1.5克,香油10克,胡椒粉2克。

  2、大米揀去雜物,淘洗幹淨;排骨洗淨,剁成2厘米見方的小塊,用開水焯燙一下,去掉血污,撈出控水;香菜擇洗幹淨,切成碎末。

  3、鍋置火上,放水、米和排骨塊,旺火燒開,改用中小火熬煮1個半小時,至米爛湯稠,排骨變酥時,加鹽、味精和熟豬油,攪拌均勻。
